Role: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Capa, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals using our platform. You’ll drive adoption, resolve challenges, and build lasting relationships that fuel growth and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard and train new customers to maximize platform value.

  • Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay feedback and advocate for customer needs.

  • Develop success plans and strategies tailored to individual customers.

  • Drive renewal and expansion by demonstrating ROI and value.

  • Organize webinars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate customers.

Who You Are

  • Experienced customer success or account manager with 3+ years in SaaS or fintech.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Knowledge of payments, banking, or financial services is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with API-driven platforms or financial infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, or Salesforce.

  • Background in fintech or B2B SaaS customer success.
