Role: Product Manager, Financial Infrastructure

As a Product Manager at Capa, you’ll own the roadmap and execution of features that power cross-border payments, treasury automation, and embedded finance. You’ll translate customer needs into product requirements, work with engineers and designers to build solutions, and measure impact to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Experienced product manager with 3+ years in fintech, SaaS, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of payments, banking, or financial technology is a plus.

• Skilled at balancing technical constraints with user needs and business goals.

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
